Ana Valderrama is a Licensed Architect and Urban Designer from Rosario National University (UNR), Argentina, and Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC), USA. She is currently a PhD Student at UIUC. Ana is Founder and Head of the Master of Landscape Architecture Program (UNR) and Co-founder of Matéricos Periféricos Group. She is also a Full Professor and Researcher at UNR and was Associate Dean of FAPyD UNR in the period 2015-2019. Her work has been widely published in books such as “Poéticas Colectivas” and has received numerous awards and distinctions of a collective and individual order in professional competitions and built works.
